We are now scaling up to demonstrate a city-wide model by setting up & operating 50+ centers in the city of Mumbai in the next 2 years. The City Head will be the in-charge of Swasth Foundation’s efforts in Mumbai. He/she shall lead Swasth’s efforts in the city and be responsible for demonstrating the feasibility of operating self-sustainable primary centers providing access to affordable and quality primary health care services to low income households of Mumbai City. The City Head shall manage Swasth’s twin objectives – (a) social impact (on health, reduction of impoverishment) and (b) financial self-sustainability of centers. In order to achieve these objectives, he/she will work closely with the COO and CEO in Mumbai to understand existing systems, and upgrade them to suit the evolving context, and share learnings continuously.                                                                                                                 Profile – Extensive Operations and Team management experience, 10+ years of work experience

The Lead, Program Management, will work directly with the CEO and COO on high priority cross functional initiatives and external partnerships that are critical to Swasth’s mission. The Lead will lead the conceptualization, planning, roll out, execution, and stabilization of these initiatives, working closely with Swasth operations teams throughout the process and handing over to the operations teams after stabilization.The role offers the dynamism and independence of a start up environment with the leadership opportunities of working in a 150+ member organization. It also offers the opportunity to shape the future of the organization in its fastest growing phase, and have a large direct social impact in healthcare in India.                                                                                                   Profile – MBA or Health Administration (e.g. MHA) Background, 4-6 years of work experience, consulting background preferred

The HR Manager will manage a wide range of activities – recruitment, induction & professional development, ongoing HR administration, performance management, culture building and engagement – for our diverse staff pool (doctors, health workers, clinic nurses & receptionists, managers, central support staff). He/she will ensure smooth implementation of all the above activities with high quality control. Specifically on recruitment, he/she will plan for manpower requirements, establish ties with institutions and organizations to source high quality talent, and lead implementation of the hiring process. Additionally, he/she will help establish a solid foundation for the above processes to work at scale, by giving inputs on policies/processes/SOPs which reflect our organizational culture.                                                                                                     Profile – Background in Human Resources, 2-10 years of work experience

The Assistant Manager, Facilities will be responsible for leading the infrastructure and facilities management of Swasth’s network across Mumbai. He/she will lead multiple processes to launch new clinics on time including scouting and identifying new clinic locations with high market potential and healthcare need, identifying and managing vendors and cross-functional launch processes and resolving operational challenges related to launch. For ongoing management, the role entails preventive maintenance and on-time service delivery for all aspects of maintenance – carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical repairs, IT hardware and software, dental repairs, marketing material – in order to maximise uptime of clinic services
Profile: 2+ years of experience in Operations, prior experience in Facility Management (especially franchise operations) preferred

The Regional Manager – Clinic Operations role is for a business / operations professional, responsible for leading the overall operations for a regional cluster of clinics. He/she will have overall responsibility for service quality and financial sustainability of the regional cluster of clinics. This will entail driving recruitment and staffing, service delivery, marketing and community outreach activities, and staff performance management. He/she will be the single point contact for the clinic and outreach staff of your cluster and will be supported by the central quality team, to recruit and train clinic staff and establish strong quality norms and clinic processes. A background in health care will be helpful, but not required, for this role. A strong customer service orientation is a must!
Profile – Background in Healthcare Administration or Social Work or General Management, 2-10 years of work experience

The Assistant Manager, Training will train a range of staff members (health workers, nurses, clinic receptionists, regional staff) and stakeholders (teachers, parents and children in our partner schools) of Swasth Foundation, in order to enable the team to effectively work towards our goal of “Health For All”.
Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in Training Delivery

The MD Pathologist will be responsible for managing and monitoring Swasth’s in-house pathology laboratory, which serves Swasth’s network across Mumbai.

Software Developer: At Swasth, we empower our patients and doctors with the right data and analysis so that they can ensure the best medical outcomes! Swasth is building innovative intelligence and capabilities on top of its Electronic Medical Records system, to make healthcare more objective and data driven. As a software developer you will be expected to architect, code and maintain software for these capabilities.
Profile: BE/BS/BTech in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience, competencies in database systems, data structures and software design, experience in backend MVC frameworks (e.g. PHP Code-igniter, Rails, Django) and/or web programming (e.g. HTML,CSS,Javascript), comfort with the linux operating system and shell scripting and added advantage.

Skills through volunteering time
Besides financial resources, significant human capacity of diverse skill set will be required to setup and operate comprehensive health systems. We welcome volunteers and interns, both part time and full time, to help in this process.
