Deepak Rajanna is the Director of Engineering at Flipkart and was the Vice President, Technology Solutions at the IKP Centre for Technologies in Public Health. He has previous experience with Amazon, Yahoo, Siemens and Motorola as well.
Garima graduated from IIT Delhi in 2005 and started her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company’s India practice. Garima joined Teach For India (TFI)’s core start-up team in October 2008 and setup operations in Mumbai and managed its subsequent scale-up.
Garima joined Swasth in 2012, heading multiple verticals over the next 3 years focussing on improving performance & productivity, institutionalizing systems & processes as well as training staff for scale. In 2015, she took up the role as the COO of Swasth, overseeing Operations & Quality Improvement.
Garima has an avid interest in Yoga, and is currently building the holistic disease reversal and well-being vertical at Swasth, after having completed her PG Diploma in Yoga Therapy (and Yoga Instructor’s course) from S-VYASA, India’s only Yoga University.
Garima is also a Certified Professional Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and completed her ACC accreditation from ICF in early 2018.
R.K. Rangan is the Senior Managing Director of Nomura and the President & CEO of Nomura Services- India. He has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry and has a keen interest in identifying untapped and under-utilized resources and optimizing them towards social development.
Shantanu is the Managing Director at General Atlantic and focuses on investments in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail and Consumer sectors in India & Asia-Pacific. He has previous experience as a Principal at Apax Partners and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Shantanu Rastogi earned his M.B.A. at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology.
Sundeep Kapila has worked with McKinsey & Company for 7 years, where he specialized in the Healthcare and Development sectors. During his time at McKinsey he developed a keen interest in the development space, noticing several inefficiencies in the health care supply chain. He felt it could be optimized to lower the cost of healthcare delivery for the low-income segments. He left McKinsey, in Jan 2008 to pursue his passion in healthcare for the masses. He co-founded Swasth in 2008, with the goal of making high quality healthcare accessible and affordable for the masses.
Sundeep holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Bombay, M.D. in Alternative Medicine from the Indian Board of Alternative Medicine, a Diploma of Associateship from the Insurance Institute of India and 2 years of Law Studies from Mumbai University.
Sundeep is also a Certified Professional Coach from the International Coaching Federation and also provides Life and Health Coaching services to individuals since 2016.
Disha has been at Swasth since 2014. She started her journey as a Clinic Coordinator, then moved to various roles including a Trainer, Head of Shared Services and Regional Manager of Eastern Mumbai Clinic operations. She is now setting up the Aanand Aalaya program at Swasth. She is a trained Pathology Lab Technician having cleared her DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology) and a Certified Yoga Instructor. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Yoga, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, and Professional Coach Certification.
