Garima Co-founder of Swasth

Garima, Founder of Swasth Institute, is committed to helping others be their full, authentic self and live their full potential. She integrates ancient wisdom, nature connection and modern sciences to cultivate harmony in body, mind and spirit.Her own journey began about 15 years ago, when after being at prestigious institutions, she experienced how outer success without inner fulfilment can lead to feeling lost, ill-health, depletion, overwhelm and relationship conflicts. Her quest for inner joy led her to study, contemplation, training and practice of multiple disciplines, which cumulatively transformed her inner and outer life.

All our sessions are a mix of Theory, Self-Reflection, Small & Large group
discussions, Real-life examples, Live Coaching
Day 1
Set your intention for the workshop, explore attitudes that shift obstacles into opportunities, and understand your emotional and behavioural patterns. Learn how to respond instead of react.
Day 2
Learn to channel emotional energy, understand and meet your needs, and apply The Swasth Institute’s Signature framework to a real-life situation.
Day 3
Reflect on real-life experiences, integrate key learnings, and receive customised reflection templates for each week.
